Glowing Skin Smoothie with a Pumpkin Twist

Makes 1 Serving 

Ingredients 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened plain coconut yogurt 
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree 
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk 
  • 1 tbsp smooth almond butter 
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 

Steps 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy! 
  • Notes

  • If preferred, feel free to swap the coconut yogurt for plain, grass-fed Greek yogurt or another plant-based alternative like almond milk yogurt.  The coconut milk may be swapped for oat, almond or organic whole milk.
